i got a nokia 6101b locked 2 rogers canada and cant unlock it. imei 358838005078853. can somebody help me. i tried to unlock it and it just says access restricted thanx greg

Hi, My cell phone is Nokia 6101b.
Country - México
Company Provider -Telcel.
IMEI 358838003221836.
I've tried #pw+919 142 644 773 740+1# then a message appears Kind of "restriction on"... it was in spanish... but I think the translation it is the same. "Protección de celular activada". I've done this just once, 'cause I don't want to hardblock it... Need a hand, please!
