Nope. Theres not even a downgrader. You shoulda sticked to 2.81; theres an eBoot for that one. =/

Could you post the link for 2.81 eboot all ive found is the one for 2.8 and that doesnt seem to work with 2.81.

there isnt one for 2.81, i dont know what that guy is talkin about, but i dont think he has an idea either. About your only option is upgrading to 3.03, finding an unpatched version of GTA:LCS and then downgrading.
