In my opinion IRSHELL is better. Which firmware do you have?

Download IR Shell from here:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/930

Extract the zip file and then copy the IRSHELL folder to the root of your memory stick. If you have firmware 1.5, copy the irshell150 and irshell150% folders (found in the PSP/GAME folder) to X:\PSP\GAME (where X is the drive letter of your PSP). If you have firmware 2.71, copy irshell271 to X:\PSP\GAME (where X is the drive letter of your PSP).

Now if you have firmware 1.5, then just go to GAME-->Memory Stick and run IRShell.

If you have firmware 2.71, you will also have to have HEND set up to get this working.

You can't downgrade. Sorry but you cant use IRShell or any other homebrew.

Well you could buy some games...but other than that you can play flash games using the browser. Also, if you have a PS3 you can download PS1 games from it to play on your PSP.

it is worth it cuz u willl be in a win win situation. u dont have to be worried about losing fw 3.00 cuz u can simply emulate fw 3.00 and do the things 3.00 has then wen u are done just reset your psp and u are back to your orignal fw either 2.71 or 1.5

You can still play PS1 games on your PSP if you know someone with a PS3.

Also, like I said before you can play flash games.
