I went to youtube and it showed a kid with 3.02 firmware and had nesterj emulator on it. he said he changed the eboot.php file but i dont know how

its not real. There is no web browser icon. It is a 1.50 changed with X-Flash to say 3.02

So I can't run any emulators on 3.02 whatsoever. If I go out and buy a PSP and leave it just the way it is without any upgrade, will I be able to use emulators? If not, what firmware do I need?
