Laptop Win2003 is infected with spayware from here:

I have tried to used all the utilitis (Spybot, Ad-Aware, spy Doctor, Xoftspy,,,,etc) But i could not get rid of it,,,,the message that I keep receiving is this :

I tried to delete the file that is called dumprep 0 -u but it keeps coming when windows starts.
