I'm at my cousins house at the moment, and he's not home :P
I found his 2.5 PSP :D and I am upgrading it to 2.71.
hehehehe
Anyway, what should I install after that?

theres a certain program u have to run before hand thats called the homebrew enabler. but if its not a ta-082 you can downgrade it.

Yeah this guide tells you how to setup everything to get it running including HEND (homebrew enabler revision D).

Using 2.71 SE is way better than HEND (IMO). But to install SE-C you have to downgrade to 1.5 first.
HEND doesn't actually flash any files but it makes a patch in memory allowing you to run homebrew. However, DevHook is what flashes . But it only flashes a small configfile to flash1: and it doesn't overwrite/delete anything. Plus it only flashes the first time you run it, then you wont have to flash again so its very safe. Just make sure you have the AC adapter plugged in and a full battery when flashing.

With the new firmware installer you dont have to flash anything for devhook now.

Oh does that work for 2.71 too? I thought it only works for 1.5/2.71 SE.

I was referring to the installer for the devhook .51 and the 3.02 firmware files.
