Yeah, just go into emulated 3.02 and then you can run the web browser.

But to use the internet you have to have a wireless router/wifi USB key or be near to an open access point.

No its not your computer. I tried going on just a few minutes ago.

Sorry about this, but it looks like my web host is having some major problems. It comes back on every so often, but the next thing I know its down!
