To All Boddies in here,
i want to make DVD5 with length movie up to 22 hours, but i have a problem with the quality compression mpeg2. how to make a good quality compression mpeg2? thanx

There's no way to get good quality putting 22 hours on a DVD-5. By my calculation that would be a bitrate of 265kbps if you use 192kbps audio. That's too low even if you use MPEG-1 compression at VCD resolution (the smallest possible video stream that's DVD compliant). The most you could get on a DVD with even decent quality would be about 6 hours.
