Here i am being a newb i know

So im getting a PSP 1.5 off ebay. It has alredy been sent and should be here in a few days. I am asking for any knowledge to help me with making my PSP able to download lots of things. I am also looking for a website that has hacks for [Socom US. Navy SEALs Fire Team Bravo 2].
