Hello !
I have the ps2, swapmagic 3.6, ps2link, and some others things...
Anyway, it's been a few days i tried to connect my ps2 to the computer using ethernet port, i have read so much post but have NEVER, yes! NEVER found the same problem as me. So when i plug my cable to the computer and use every software available, i end up with the message that says "cable discocnected, not connected, etc.."
So i did try the very same cable to link my 2 computers and it works fine.

can you help me?

Ok, i finaly found a easy way to create a folder on the memory card

1. Using a computer, put uLauncher.ELF into the folder ./SWAPMAGIC/uLauncher.elf of the usb key and rename it as SMBOOT1.ELF.
2. Insert your flash into the USB port on the PS2.
3. Put Swap Magic into your PS2 and turn it on.
4. At the menu screen, press UP + L2 to boot uLauncher.
