Yet another problem I am having with flashing. This time it is during the SAMREAD. It said 100% read but at the boot of the screen it says in red "Backups (serial number)\orig.bin is not 256k in length-aborting. I went ahead and rebooted the pc and tried SAMHACK. The error I got is Hackbin for xbox 360 (serial #) doesn't exist-aborting. Help. Thanks.

I just noticed after SAMREAD the original bin is 65kb. Should it be 256kb. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure about the other stuf but I do know the bin should be 256k in size.
