What's the BEST! DVD media to burn with?

I was wondering what the best DVD brand (memorex, verbatim, taiyo yuden...)and type (DVD-R or DVD+R) to use for backing up PlayStation 2 games? Can anyone answer this question for me??

Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rs are considered to be some of the best among enthusiasts, and are also used by drive manufacturers and Sony PlayStation developers. Verbatim, Phillips, and Sony (made in Japan) are also very good. You can purchase some media from a reputable vendor such as http://www.supermediastore.com

I have had nothing but great success with Taiyo Yuden and Philips
Used Verbatim as well with no problems.
and Supermediastore.com is a great place to get your media if
you have the ability to order things online. Great prices and
also the fact they they guarantee their media to be 100% authentic.

An alternative is Ritek - used them without having any problems but just make sure they are the real thing as there are lots of fakes going around.

Thanks for the advice guys. i just order a 100 pack of taiyo yuden dvds from supermediastore.com. they have great prices. cost me about 30 bucks and that with shipping included :)
