Problem With Talladega Nights

Trying to backup Talladega Nights Ballad of Ricky Bobby and am having problems with DVD Shrink. I have AnyDVD running but when i try to open the disc in shrink it says "Invalid DVD Navigation Structure" Can someone tell me how to get around this?
