i had the old dev hook.46 and i accidently formated my memory stick and now i am stuck in fw 1.5 . I guess .46 is out now so does any have any advice wut should i do now . thanks

depending on what your doing with your psp if its for homebrew or play iso's, you can either go back to dev .46 or move up to 2.71 se-c and slap on dev .51

before u just go ahead and install se-c, read into custom firmwares first. see if its something that would fit your psp needs. If you havent came acrossed any newer firmware requiring games install .46 back and once u get to one that needs higher firmware u can look at devhook .51 with 3.02 emulation.
