PS2 Controller modifying?

Is it possible to turn your ordinary PS2 or PS1 controller into a PC controller, like joining a USB cord to the Controller cord or something.
Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, can you supply me and keen readers with a tutorial on how to do so?

look around as there are several different types of adapters
But to tell you the truth you can spend the $20 and just buy
a decent Logitech PC controller as they are pretty much exactly
the same as your PS2 controller

that is the one i have and it is set up just like a Ps2 controller
They also make that model in the "rumble pad" style but it is $33


and and you even be able to find a wiring guide on how to wire the controller to a USB plug. I know i have seen them for Xbox controllers. But then it will ONLY be good for the PC
90% of the PC games i play do not even have controller support.
and the one's that do will lack features if you use the controller.

Thanks for the advice, but I already knew about the adaptors. I just wanted to see how I could make my own PC controller from a PS2 one. Cause I have extra PS1 controls and alot of time to waste.
