Yes, I bought it and it works fine. First I started with firmware 2.80 and you can update through the Media Manager.

It's a shame that Sony 'sells' this software because it should have been bundled with your PSP. Anyway, it's nice and easy, but if you can find a look-a-like freeware tool you can also use that one.

By the way: at this moment I use FW 3.03 OE-A and after connecting my PSP for the first time to Media Manager it looked like al my ripped ISO's couldn't be played. I'm not sure if this is caused by the Media Manager but i'm not able to play my ISO's anymore.... Still working this out....
