Hi all, i downgraded from 2.71 to 1.5 and now i want to go back to 2.71. mainly because i could do more with it when it was 2.71. anyway my question is
"to upgrade it back to 2.71 do i just put the 2.71 eboot.pbp file in a folder called UPDATE on the root of my MS and run it?"
and what are the chances of it bricking from doing so? thanks in advance...

Bricking with an update? Thats a question you dont hear to often. anyways you're not going to brick unless u do somethin totally retarded like turn ur psp off in the middle of it, pull the memcard out, or pull out the ac adaptor. other then that u should be fine. as for updating yes you drop the eboot to ms0:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE

when i downgraded my psp to 1.5 i didnt really like the look of it.. apart from that i couldnt get hardly anything to work on it.. so i updated back to 2.71 and im ok again.. it looks nice and im still able to play my iso without any problems.. now all i need is an idiots guide to devhook 0.51 or an easy installer cos i want to play smackdown vs raw 2007... thanks for all your help
