noobie question about swap magic coder and slimline ps2

yo whats goin on you guys, ive just recently started to read these forums about swap magic and i was thinkin about gettin swap magic 3.8 coder (NTSC) and the magic keys v2, i just wanted to know if this would work for my slim ps2 its a SCHP-75001, and I havent seen much stuff about the 75001 so i thought i would ask, thanks to anyone who can help

also is breaker pro any good?

hi-
I just bought the coder 3.8 disks for my brand new slim silver....
I had to open the unit to add the "d" tool over the microswitch..
eveything seemed to install OK... but i can't get the machine to read my
Coder 3.8 DVD disk....
It just spins and goes nowhere....
(I tried to burn a copy of the disk - I read elsewhere that the QUALITY of these DVDs are
so-so.. and the BURN fails... (the disk initially can be viewed by the PC... but it won't burn)
ANYWAY... I also have some problems with the Coder CD..
at least that disk gets read by the PS2... it spins and comes up with the Coder menu and the disk stops spinning... I can OPEN and swap the disk to one of my ancient CD
game back-ups.. but then the PS2 won't read my old CD game copies... the copy spins and the PS2 goes to a PINK menu asking for a PlayStation Disk....
I know the CD copies work (worked) because I Owned a CHIPPED PSone..

Please - anyone else out there have suggestions?
The place where I bought the Coder disks from told me to mail them back for replacement - but why won't the CD coder disk work...?
Any chance my install wasn't complete?
(is the disk spins and stops... I believe the "D" tool over the microswitch is OK.. but that could be the ONLY thing I could have possibly done wrong or incomplete.

Yes it will work with your PS2, not sure about the version of magic keys though.

The quality of SM discs varies ALOT, sometimes it can be worse for your PS2 than a low quality burnt game. If you cant get the DVD to work first try cleaning your laser, if that doesnt work then you may have a badly pressed disc so send it back for a replacement. You probably need to check your Magic Keys are installed correctly, or the pink screen means your PS2 might not be able to read your backup so it could be your media. PS1's are alot better at reading lower quality backups than the PS2 will ever be.
