i'm getting a psp for xmas and i'm not sure about playing backup games on it. i've read through a lot of this forum but am still slightly confused. i don't know what motherboard or firmware it has yet until i get it although i presume its going to be fairly up to date. will i have to downgrade to 1.5 to play backups? i've read loads about bricking it and i'm scared to death about doing this ( my wife would kill me). just a few little pointers would help.
