hi guys, totally new to this so take it easy.
im wanting to know what the best thing for me to do to get iso's working on my 2.70 would be. is it best to update to 2.71 then use the generic downgrader to 1.5 or is there a way i can run iso's without the worry of bricking?
if i was to downgrade to 1.5, would i need any further software to run the iso's or would i just load them to the mem card and be able to run them direct from there?
also, are the firmware up and downgrades reliable? any virus etc associated?

thanks for any help guys!!

yea...it would be the best if u would update to 2.71 and then downgade to 1.5..
There always is a slim chance of bricking ur psp..
then u would need devhook for playin isos with a higer fw..(many guides on the forums)
viruses are not possible, cause the psp doesnt use an operating system like windows or linux,so dont worry about that.
and the downgrades are reliable too..
