mainly i want to edit Psp Dungeons.
i want to do things like add more maps change the skins and mabey if i get it right add a 3rd person view.
i need the progams names and wat they do.

but on a serious note like hex said that kind of stuff takes some seriouse codeing man not something u can just up and start doing most people go to school for years just to learn how to make these games
