I just wanna know what the location free player thing meas cause I don't have a PSP yet and intend to buy one before Xmas ^^ I just wanna know if there are any more incompatibility with homebrew than 2.71 Now at least I won't have to worry about getting a PSP below 2.71 and downgrading to 2.71 and using HEND... Does this mean 2.80 PSP user are gonna be able to use this or what? THis is the best Xmas gift I can get... THX ( except the PSP I'm getting...)

Location free Player is to watch TV on your PSP. You need to spend another 200 dollars as well if want to use it. This is better than the 2.71 homebrew compatibilty and must be installed on 1.50. Not 2.80

U guys are lucky to have a non-ta-082... I'M getting a PSP for Xmas and odds that I get a TA-082 shit is probably more than 98%... :(
U guys get full homebrew while most PSP owners gotta stick with 2.50+ FW shit. Hope someone makes a safe TA-082 software downgrader for all of us.

It hasn't been released yet so theres no tutorial for it! This is like 2.71 se-c except its 3.02 with all the homebrew features of 1.5. They called it 3.02OE (open edition) to distinguish it from all the incomplete and buggy 3.02 SEs that people have been making.

Yep I upgraded from 2.71 se-c. I formatted my memory stick and restored default settings though, just in case.

Now to find some PS1 games...
