first off, the only way i can run homebrew on a ta-082 is hend correct? And can i run devhook on it? What progams can i run on it what can't i run on it? And is their any new homebrew enablers for a ta-082 that are better?

yes devhook 0.51 can run on it

no, there is no other homebrew enabler which is better than hen-d

and if you emulate 1.50 with hen u can run what eva u want
