XboxLive with messed up softmod

I tried taking off my softmod but it screwed up somehwere along the way but i have my retail xboxdash working and overall the xbox seems to have nothing to do with the softmod (I deleted files from E and i deleted the loader and linux installer). If i were to take the box on xbox live would it be flagged and the account deleted or should i be able to go on live the way it is?
