I asked Roger rep and they do not want to help with unlocking my Nokia

I am in USA now and want to use this phone with T-Mobile

3220 cell phone.
Service Provider: Roger (Canada)
Model: Nokia 3220
IMEI Number: 355006005904451

Please provide me codes.
