i heard that they are realsing new maps for halo 2 but you can only get them via 360 does this mena you will have to get a 360 to play halo 2 via xbox live???

It probably means that only the new maps will require a 360 and the old maps will still be playable via Xbox.

like he said, the exclusive 360 maps will only be used on a 360 hosted game.
so u can still play using a regular xbox, u just can't use those maps.

I tried to DL them this morning and it didn't work...said my purchase failed...
I have a 360 and entered my credit card in my account info....so what's the problem?

It started, but 2 seconds later it was done (full DL bar) but immediately said the purchase had failed.
I know the credit card info was right, I double checked it and use this card for ebay, etc...
I never used xbox live on the original xbox, just on 360. I entered the credit card info in my xbox live account setting area, should it be entered somewhere else for this to work?

im pretty sure its not your fault... its probably a technical problem
i dont know what else to tell you... i dunnoh i think they should be free anyways but 4 dollars isnt too bad i guess. sorry call 1-800-for-myX-box and yell at someone

Yeah, I'm at work right now, if it doesn't work once I get home I'll call em up.
Maybe there are too many people downloading at once, servers can't handle it? Hard to believe, but maybe.

Worked for me....So I had added the credit card info, but then you have to go into payment options and select the card you want to use for payments. Then go back into Halo and download.

They're good, I really like Tombstone because I used to love Hang em High. Desolation I'm not so fond of.
