Hello,
Can anyone help me set up a friend of mines wireless network. I'm having trouble, The usb adaptor is plugged in the back the ssid is right, the wep key is in there right it says connected in the tray icon
but still no internet.I can ping the router and random ip addresses. I had to set the ip address manually in the tcp/ip properties in order for it to quit saying limited or no connectivity also manually set the default gateway to 192.168.0.1 I even went as far as to put in the dns servers of sbc which the router connects to but still no luck. In the routers interface it says it's running DHCP but why wouldnt it assign a ip address then, I had too. Any ideas or any help would be Great.
