I tried to unblock but it appeared the following message:

"Impossible to undo restriction!"

When I change sim card it asks for the raising of the unlock code!

How I obtain this code?

?Cannot undo restriction? or ?Not allowed? means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.
