i just downgraded my 2.8 to 1.5 and now i was wondering if i can format memory stick without anything happening. i have some files and folders that the 2.8 downgrader installed to my memory stick and i dont know if i can remove them.
When you downgrade, your mobo is flashed, has nothing to do with your mem stick. If you want to keep all the crap on your mem stick, feel free to transfer it to your HDD then trasfer it back after reformating.

Sorry that this is off topic, but how did you downgrade your 2.8? everywhere i look people are still saying that the 2.8 downgraders don't work or are fake. Could you please link me to a post or site to where you found it? =]
if your psp was ever 1.5 and upgraded to 2.8 then yes you can downgrade it and there is a downgrader. The infamous TA-082 motherbaord cannot be downgraded but I think, though not 100 % sure there is a way around it, HEN mehtod I believe.
