Hey guys I received an Xbox360 for Christmas and Ive been looking at a Connectivity Kit for the 360. Now just wondering how do these things actually work? and is it possible to backup my games using the Connectivity Kit.

Also are there any websites out there that have step by step instructions on how to use the Connectivity Kit.

No, you can't back up games with the connectivity kit. Here's the info you requested on it.

I wouldn't get it as there are much easier ways to flash the firmware and that doesn't work on YOUR 360. If you're getting one for christmas, it's likely either a Samsung or a Hitachi 0078. And this does not work on flashing the 0078 and doesn't even put it into modeB.

Either do it yourself, or find someone who can do it for you without voiding the warrenty sticker. I can do it but it's better if you learned for yourself.

You'd always have to open the 360 at least once.

So as long as I dont damage or touch the Warranty sticker, the Warranty would not be voided?

Pull the faceplate off and observe the warrenty sticker. You should then know if you can get it off without damage.

Ok sorry about this but hopefully this will be my last noobish question lol. Will a Mod like this enable me to update my drives Firmware without ever openining my Xbox360?

That should work but not sure if it works with Hitach 0078 drives.
