Hi guys today i was just looking in the net, tryin to fing how to install motherboard in psp because i have TA-082 then I saw the below pictures this motherboard is ta-079 but it has the same thing(IC1003)like ta-082 but i heard in http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/369035 discussion that only ta-082 have IC1003. So anyone know what that means?
thx
If you look closely on the bottom right side is written IC6001. I've heard reports of people having the two numbers on the left and right of their UMD tray. I think when u got the both numbers ur ok but I ain't sure...
i've seen both on a single psp before as well, but i dunno what to tell you about downgrading, cept maybe using that TA-082 checker that was released for the 2.71 downgrader.
all psp mobos have that thing.
it just indicates infra red port or something like that.
only difference is that if you can see that thing when you open the umd door, you have ta-082 and you can't downgrade.
if you can't see it, then you don't have ta-082.

Hey man, where can I get this checker? Does it come with the 2.71 Generic Downdater or something?
