if i used xbconnect to play games against people but still am connected to xbox live can i be kicked off like if i play old xbox games ie. halo 2, doom3 etc.

I wouldn't think so because to play xbc games it's just playing a system link game just far away. xbl wouldn't know you're using xbc because xbc is still just system linking. so i don't think you would get kicked off.

got it to work when the game started up o signed into play xboxlive so that cancelled the xbconnect but now i tried and didnt sign in and it worked

i have a newtwork cable all the way to my router so all i have to do is just download xbconnect?
