socom/pursuit playable on devhook 0.45?

Hi,
I'm trying to play socom/devhook which I ripped with my fastloader (i didn't do anything with a ripkit etc as I have plenty of space on my mem stick) on a devhook 0.45 and hen c. The following are the steps I have taken.
1) load hen c and devhook .45 with a firmware 1.5 (so that I can start fastloader or umd emulator)
2) load fastloader then click on the game name,

then it the mem stick blinks a few times and the system freezes.
Is the above the correct way of doing it? Or do I need to something differently?

You dont need fastloader or UMD Emulator, as they only play ISO,s its possible your trying to play a CSO which only DevHook plays.

thanks for your prompt help!
1) It is actually iso, as I ripped it with fastloader, so that's why I'm a bit puzzled why I can't play them with fastloader when I actually ripped them with fastloader.
2) when you say I should use devhook to play them, how do I do that? So do I choose certain firmware in devhook menu (devhook 0.45) and do something else to play the game?
