HELP-SEARCH special-interesting RINGTONE

Hi all,

I heard a ringtone and it was funny, Googeling and searching this forum isnt helping me. I hope this post will help

The Ringtone starts normal like an old nokia ringtone prrr prrrr prrrr
But after a few times it goes slower en lower in tone like the battery is low.

Do you people know what I mean and where to find it ??
