Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)

What do you mean, is it Tesco or not? I put Tesco, and the IMEI is correct, The Network is TESCO MOBILE, will this work or will it be another wasted chance?

Try other sim-its possible already unlocked.

We done the Tesco one, it said it cannot undo restriction. We put the O2 card in that we wanted to unlock the phone FOR, and it said it's restricted. We brought the phone locked to Tesco.

As a Christmas present for the girlfriend...well, I'm starting to lose out!
