Hey so i just got a psp for christmas, and i had been looking forward to "hacking". Btw, i am a complete newb, i don't understand what devhook is, w/e, but i have been looking around. I noticed that my fw is a 2.71 TA-082 (ugh!). I read around taht people with a TA-082 motherboard cannot run homebrew (homemade games?) or downloaded isos. But i have read this one thread (which was really confusing to follow) that kind of gives a tutorial to how to run isos. So why are ppl with a TA-082 motherboard so disapointed if they can still do the things the regular fw2.71 can do? What are the benefits of downgradeing a 2.71 to 1.5 that a 2.71 ta-082 does not have? Anyways, my point is these tutorials are a little hard to follow; and if someone could help me out or point me to the right place that would be awesome. thnx in advance!
