help i just got a 360 core system and turned it on a flashing red light poped up an the screen said error 64 (E64)and the 360 disc thing will not open help please (and every thing was connected right)

from what i have been reading this is happening to a lot of new 360's! :-(
If i was you i would just take it back to the shop and get it replaced. (or wait for a more stable version to come out)

sorry, thats not much help i know but just wanted you to know its happening to a lot of others too which sucks!! :-(

I just got my son one and the first game I put in was scratched but after that no other games were scratched, could it have been something that it only did once or should I be worried.

the scratched disk is a common problem

this happened with a lot of first gen 360's not any of the new ones
