I just got my son a psp for christmas but we can't figure out how to sinc music to the psp. The comp doesn't seem to detect the device. I have tried going thorugh the "install new hardware" application in the control panel but that doesn't work. Any suggestions? Oh and the manual doesn't give much info on the problem either.

u have to turn on the psp, connect it to pc via usb, then in the psp press the usb connection on the far left side
