Hi there everyone.. I hope someone can help me out with this because my 13 year old is driving me insane!!!

We have the "fat" PS2, We have the internet adaptor for it and have hooked up to the internet plenty of times. When using AR Max Evo, the whole internet freezes up and I have to reboot the whole thing.(my internet) It tells me (the internet) that there is a 3rd party router connected and that I have to reboot the drive. It says that I should get a switch or a hub. I have DSL with a 2wire wireless modem. But I DO NOT use it wireless. I use Cat 6 cables directly hooked into the back of the modem. Does anyone know what in the world I am talking about and how to help with this problem???

u meant cat 5.

but it could be AR Max Evo causing the problems.

No I am using a Cat 6 cable. They said it was better than a cat 5 cable.
