pleas can u tel me what i need to do to unlock it to other networks?

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)

u know i put inn a latvian simcard with credit on.. and i tried to phone my friend and it worked.. then my frind tryed to call me and it worked!! .. but i didnt enter no code or nothing.. dos that me my phone was unlocked allready?
