Unlock code for a Nokia 3220B

I am looking for an unlock code for the following:

Nokia 3220B
USA
Cingular

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)#

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
Click Here If Code Gives No Response/No Message

Not to sound dumb, but do I enter the code with the other sim card in or out. The directions appears to almost make it sound like I enter the code twice. I have unlocked other phones in the past so I am some what familiar.
