Hi, today i upgraded to 3.02 oe-b successfully and have tried to get a psx game working but it will not boot the game. It shows up in the game section and i can select it, but before booting i get 'The game could not be started (80020321)' error screen. The game folder is placed in the PSP / GAME folder with EBOOT.PBP, KEYS.BIN and DOCUMENT.DAT inside.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeff

Did you convert the game yourself?
Also, what game is it?

No i didnt convert it myself, the game is Crash Bandicoot. I have also tried Spyro the Dragon and that has the same problem, the only difference being that the icon for Crash in the game menu is its own, whereas the Spyro icon is the hot shots 2 icon.

Im scrolling through other forums looking for help but it doesnt seem like many other people are complaining about this problem. A bit more info that might be useful:
Im using a PAL PSP flashed with 3.02 oe-b
Im using a 4gb hard drive instead of usual memory stick

Thats the problem. The datel hard drive wont work. You'll have to use a normal memory stick.

Oh ok, thanks for the help, appreciate it.
Finally, could i just ask whether you think it would be possible to run from the datel hard drive in the future or should i just buy a memory stick?

The upgrade and recovery is in my sig.
As long as your V1.50 or running an older version of Dark-Alex custom firmware.
Place the 302FLASHER and 302FLASHER% plus RECOVERY in the GAME folder and run the update.

No, you must be non-TA-082, V1.50 or any of Dark-Alex,s custom firmware,s eg: SE-A,B or C.

How do you tell if the Motherboard in your PSP is TA-082 or not? I just bought a PSP with FW 2.71 and I'm thinking about using DA's downgrader to downgrade to 1.50, and then upgrade to 3.02 OE-B.
Also, by doing this with the Firmware, is it going to mess up my ability to play UMD discs that I have purchased?

Thank you. My PSP is a TA-082. :( So I'm pretty much screwed then huh? I wanted to play HOmebrew games, PSOne games, and backups of my UMDs. Any ideas on whether this can be done yet for TA-082 users at all?
