hi i need help restoring my xbox... ok this is the problem. when i installed xbmc to my xbox i did not backup my files... and now i tried to uninstall the mod and it did not work. i dont know what happened it just gave me error message 13. the ms dashboard will not come up at all. all of my game files are now deleted but the mod uninstalled some how...??? so now i do not know how to fix this problem... can someone help me please thankyou! i would like to restore it to its retail state.

ok since it will still play games put in a live cappable disk and try to login in and when u do that the dashboard should update and u could try put the exploit files on a mem card and try to mod the box again

what i did was when i signed in it said i had to update or continue offline. so i clicked update and this black screen comes up and ive waited for 30 minutes and nothing happened and when i turn it back on i still get error msg 13.

what are ods? ive tried hot swap but i dont know how to do it correctly... do u have aim? could u possibly help me 1on1?
