Can't get my ps1 game running

Hi

i tried to convert resident evil.iso with popstation but when i try to start it up it just hangs up, after i start i just get a black screen and nothing else happens. What might i be doing wrong? Im not sure if its PAL or NTSC.

but i dled a game that was already converted and i didnt need the base.pbp to run it . i got it working without base.pbp

ops nvm lol but yes i have the base.pbp and keys.bin file in popstation folder

hmm I'm not sure, bcuz I'm using the popstation gui with the popcorn popper thingy so yea..

the base.pbp is for converting, why do you want to convert a game that's already converted?
