ok so i updated my psp this morning to 3.03 cause i wanted to play ps1 games.Only to find that u can only download them of the ps3.Im european the ps3 aint out here yet, i dont plan on getting one either.
So is there another way to play my ps1 games or did i update for nothing?
I ve read something about a new program that dark alex made but i dont understand a word it sais. so could someone translate that into simple english plz?

As i said your stuck mate, theres nothing you can do.
302 OE-A is a custom firmware, and to install it you need to be V1.50, or running old custom firmware.
As you cannot run any homebrew on Sonys V3.02, your stuck... homebrewless, therefore cannot do a thing.

so all of that is 4 a 1.5 version, ok
im gonna hget this memory chp i saw on the internet, but it demands skill and sticking things and stuff. do u know if its hard, or a tutorial that explains it right?

Yeah we can, and we can (well americans & japanese) can rip there old games and convert them to EBOOT,s, needed to play on PSP.
