PSX FF7 backup has artifacts and is off center

I just backed up a PAL version of FF7 and i'll get random texture artifacts or just artifacts in general. Areas in the background will be fuzzy and either like static snow or just static color. Also the game is a bit off center, it's about 1/10th or 1/8th of the screen to low. 3.02OE-B of course.

its becuz its a PAL version, if you read the read me file, it says that PAL games have some choppy looks and looks all crappy, so your best bet is to use a NTSC FF7 for best results
