as i stated previously the three threads were not intentional, as far as your answer goes i have burned with this dvd burner using this version of Nero with the same discs at the same speed with the same amount of memory so unless you have something productive to say bug off!
this guy got a 1 week suspension after a lengthy deliberation by the mods.
How is this fair and equal punishment

You are basing your observation on 1 thread per person. You have no idea if there were other threads/posts that were deleted, or maybe someone had a previous history. You are assuming much without knowing everything.
Plus, it's not our job to question the mods. They do what they do and they do it well in my opinion. Just don't cause problems and all is goo din the world.

This is where you are wrong, if you go to "Search Messages", type in users name you will get a list of threads submitted by that user.
I am strongly defending gwendolins stand, she has helped many members, including me and she doesnt deserve to cop that type of rubbish, if you check you will see that when the comments were made by dkraut, he had only made 4 posts and 3 of them were identical or what you would call a "triple" post.

A fair comment by The_Fiend , I totally agree, but lets be a little more consistent we're ALL here on our own time to help and we shouldnt have to cop any sh#t tossed at us.

laurenzo if you feel that the mod's are not being fair just ask them, and they might give you a reson why they did this , but probley not, are these people friends of yours ? and do you think there should be something different done to theese people? what is your input, i am sure that everyone would like to hear what you think? was this to harsh? do you want to be on the jury?

No these people are not friends of mine, I believe they BOTH earned their suspensions, I'm just peeved that it took so long to suspend the newbie who put sh#t on gwendolin, I believe he should have copped an immediate, longer suspension, without any hesitation.
As I stated, she spends quite a bit of time helping in the Nero forum (as do others) and didnt deserve the comments., NOBODY does.
The other poster has proven to be a bit of a "goose" on checking out his previous responses.
As ripper stated, "lifes a bitch"
I defend the suspensions, but am a bit miffed about the deliberation over suspending the idiot who "bagged" gwendolin.

I agree, they both deserved a suspension, but if he'd spoken to me like that (I help out in the Nero forums quite a bit too), I'd be just as pissed as Gwendolin. His problem can stay un-fixed for all I care.
As for the other guy, he just sounds like a completely illiterate, intellectually chalenged [insert swear-word here].

i'd forgotten about the Gwendolin thread. Us mods don't read off a script you know, we look into things and 'moderate'. or deliberate if you will. We're not 100% machine even though we're not human. I spend hours of my free time on here and am not gonna shed a tear for any whining about fairness. i put my time in here when i can and do as i see fit, if people don't like it, don't post; it's just the internet people, real life is out there, somewhere. Even i get off all my pc's and walk around, shop, talk, eat etc etc. i do what i do here for the general public who visit here, not just the people who report things etc. Gwen was obviously miffed at my first comment on that thread, and after the fact i gave a week's suspension. What a shame if some of you had the time to 'analyse' one small incident. Wow, take a few hours of my time and see how far you get. And do my paid tech-support job for a few hours, where i have to meet de
adlines and perform miracles, 'like yesterday'. then talk to me about fairness.

I would like to explain about this incident. Sure I was disappointed that the little twerp didnt cop a longer suspension and that it took "some time" for the suspension to be enforced but in the end he was SUSPENDED and I guess thats what matters most, hopefully others will learn about manners.
As creaky has said, he has a hard job keeping order in the place, I was just pi##ed at the time.and a little hurt that some jerk doesnt appreciate assistance being freely offered.

laurenzo so you are piss off cuzz the mods did not act faster right? well wen you get older you will understand you have to wait for good things to happen, and it did happen, and yes it is a shame that gwendolin was the brunt of someone who dose not understand that she was trying to help his stupid ass, that happens all the time, and as far as the people who got Suspended they got what the mod's thought was right. not trying to add fuel to the fire at all, it is a good thing that you should ask that this thread be closed, glad you came back here.
