devhook is to run iso games so what program do i need to run iso movies?

Why in the world would you have iso movies?
just download an AVI movie and download PSPVideo 9 * Google that*
then convert the movie and put it on your psp.

DevHook emulates PSP isos. A UMD movie is still in the PSP's ISO format... but there's really no reason to buy UMD movies or download them. They're about 3 times as big as a regular AVI, and at the same quality. All you get are the small special features which are NOT worth it.
