Well, I have a 2.71 TA-082 PSP, and I can run isos perfectly. Everything works fine. Now the downgrader has come out and now i have the option of downgrading. But why should i? Why is everyone so excited about a downgrader when you can do everything on 2.71?

I would ask the same question, yet today I upgraded my 1.50 to Dark_AleX's custom 3.02 OE-B, and I was able to get Final Fantasy 7 running full speed with sound. You can't upgrade to 3.02 OE-B with 2.71 very easily, or maybe you can... but I think it's just the satisfaction of knowing you really kicked Sony in the pills. Lol.

thats my point the only reason i emulate 1.5 is to play my snes and gba basically the hombrew stuff... with this being said i dont need to download plus i like the internet browser on my 1.5 when i emulate it i dont have it i don't know if this is on the unemulated one too?

No, the internet browser wasn't implemented until version 2.0

Yeah, but the new 3.02 OE-B can do both homebrew an all of Sony's new things in one update. No devhook required :D
