I was using my psp when some how it when i turned it off i tried turning it on again and it would'nt turn on. My psp is a 1.5 fw. I tried devhook 0.51 with 3.01 emulation and after that my psp doesnt even turn on anymore but when i put the charger in it does say its charging, however the psp still doesnt turn on even if the chargers on.
any reasons y the psp doesnt turn on at all, thanks any help i would appriciate it

remove the battery and memory stick, leave it for sometime, then switch it on, what happens??
or switch it on without the mem stick

still doesnt turn on when i remove the mem stick, but im gonna remove the mem stick and the battery for like the whole day then try it later on tonight see if it works, thanks gzlach

i havent put the mem stick or battery back and tested glach's theory. however my psp charges but when i try and turn it on doesnt work, cud it be the psp's on button that is faulty?

not really... did u have C/FW installed? did u flash teh config when insatlling devhook?

if you did have custom firmware installed, hold R when booting, do you see the recovery screen??

yeh i did flash the config files and installed 3.01 devhook 0.51 is there a way to fix this problem and wht do u mean by hold R trigger and reboot?
